Another anime that snuck up on me, I picked this up one day
and was pleasantly suprised with what I got. Kotetsu is a fanservice title foremost,
but nicely combines an interesting enough back story, outlandish (and often sexually
charged) comedy, fun and interesting characters, and some quality ova animation
in a tight little package. While the the 2 episodes hint at a larger story, the
story is sadly cut short. A title for fanservice fans foremost, casual anime fans
may not enjoy this one. Mileage may vary.
