After running my Poly-Matrix tape to the ground, I'm finally introduced to the original OVA, and thank god, I finally know what the hell is going on in this show. Which, y'know, is nice. However, I prefer a lot of things from Poly-Matrix, namely the ending. The OVA is still enjoyable, and they're really not all that different. I've got to give the OVA a higher score, simply because it makes the plot understandable, and the Japanese language track is superior.

YES! The cyber-Punk technological thriller straight from the depths of Pioneer / AIC! And I saw this as a four-part OVA series (not the crappy movie compilation that was on the Sci-Fi Channel).

This is one of my favorites in this theme; even though it suffers from bad character design. It's setting is a futuristic civilization on Mars, which is rare for an anime show besides Nadesico. Recommended. Ask for the 4-part OVA which RULES.
