There are a lot of good testaments to the true lack of realized
potential in anime, this is one of them, I can't begin to justify the creation
of this series, it has no discernable merit, it wasn't interesting, and very little
made sense, our two protagonists are transported to an alternative world and are
favoured by Bokka sama, some omnipresent being whose power can be found trapped
in some objects, and it just so happens that his power is trapped in our two main
characters, I don't remember their names but neither will you after this series
so I don't feel bad, they are the saviours of this world, given the power to rid
it of the evil tyrant, and it gets worse, one is your typical busty female who
despite being in an entirely foreign land still considers her school uniform to
be the best attire for the climate and situation, she's relatively pleasant and
has some speaking impediment, but in what I assume the creators thought was a
cute way, fools. Our main male character, a high school teenager and long time
friend of our female protagonist, who also seems to think his school clothing
is the best attire, is the other main character, then there's some horrid selection
of females who are all vying to become queen. There is something of a story line,
but it doesn't particularly resemble one and doesn't even offer that fascination
that people have with entirely incomprehensible things. The animation was lacklustre,
but I am fond of the opening song but because I heard it years ago and only recently
found out that it belonged to this horrific anime series. The only good thing
about this series is that it only goes for 12 episodes, but 6 would have been
nicer, and none would have been wonderful. Don't be fooled by its outer looks,
it's really a terrible series, avoid.
