Light mindless entertainment, no real conflict, no empathy
needed, no attachment to characters, plus lots of perversion. It achieves what
it sets out to do, full credit. |

Iketeru Futari is a short 16 part, five minute
episode, series full of ecchi goings on as Saji chases after Koizumi, the mysterious
girl he aims to make his. Despite the short length of the show it does manage
to get several things done better than you might expect from a series of this
genre and short duration. There is a development in the relationship between Saji
and Koizumi through out and the two characters play off each other so well it's
great fun to watch. There's also threads of plot through out, mainly instigated
by the arrival of new characters, but it all helps to stop the series being repetitive
and stagnant. Iketeru Futari is
certainly a fun series to watch and definitely one of the better and more enjoyable
anime in this type of genre, but recommended only to people who like and know
what to expect from a series of this type. |
