Now this is definately screwed up. Sexy Commando Sugoiyo Masaru-San is a walk into the lives of Masaru and his victims... err. classmates. Masaru is a man that can be described in many ways. He's like a psycopath but at the same time an agent of justice. Oh yeah, he also has golden plate-like things on his shoulders. Don't worry, there are explanations on why all of this madness is happening. Sexy Commando is a martial art. One of the most powerful in existence I believe. It requires the practioner to unzip his pants or perform some other dumb thing as a sort-of distraction (think Baseketball) and kick the living hell out of his opponent. Don't let this Masaru guy fool you, he can floor anyone in a heartbeat.

The series is just 10 minutes each and is fast, frantic, and freaky.The animation quality is dated and is probably working on a tight budget due to the poor animation quality. You would also encounter some of the most poorly designed characters in the history of anime. It works for the series mind you. This is the embodiment of abnormality.

I don't think everyone would like the anime and it's humor but I liked it so I gave it a good rating. If you're into funny-strange anime, then this one is for you. There's not a lot of unique animes out there but this one might just fill this ever widening void a little bit.
