Tired of waiting for Lina to get around to using the Gigaslave to blow the big bad guy away? Then maybe Slayers Try is the installment you're looking for. A large cast of main characters who can't really be seen as good guys and bad guys, and who shift alliances because they all have different angles on the situation. Half the time Lina doesn't know who to kill.

1. Tempy

Like the rest of the Slayers saga, Slayers Try is more enjoyable when the main characters interact with each other in their usual way. The plot in Slayers Try is convoluted, and the battles are predictable and repetitive. That said Slayers Try is still rather enjoyable. The new character Filia is fun and the rest of the gang are up to their usual antics. A little melodrama spices things up a bit, but Slayers Try remains a shallow, but enjoyable trip.
