There was a joke that originated from the Tenchi Muyo
Fanfiction Archive. "In order for AIC to make more money, they sold
the rights to some hentai porn corporation..." or something like that. From
then on we have this hentai series, along with Masquerade, from the creators
of Tenchi Muyo. This series starts itself
out like a B-movie; utilizing cliche anime types and putting them to perverted
uses. Everything switches between seriousness, fun, and taboo. It's not as fetishy
and graphic as I liked it to be. ("You're not a true man if you don't fantasize
over doing a female pirate, captain, or security officer.") But where else
can you find out about the magical properties of the "naked apron." |
| 1. Tempy
Kei teaches her "son" Taiyo the various methods of
"communication". The time has come for Taiyo to "communicate"
with other people. Space pirate Jannis (whose animal forms include a Ryo-Ohki-like
appearance) appears to capture Kei, Taiyo and the spaceship Agga Ruter. Apparently
Kei and the Agga Ruter harbor some kind of secret which evil Shiunt wants. Unfortunately,
what that secret is we'll never find out, as Spaceship Agga Ruter abruptly
stops after 4 episodes, leaving the audience hanging. It's a shame too, as Spaceship
Agga Ruter is quite hilarious. Featuring good production values, it boasts
your typical AIC designs: good looking spaceships (though there's one ship
with two boob-shaped cannons) and most importantly, good looking women. The humor
is both funny and silly: Jannis communicates with Shiunt using cups connected
by a string, the female characters like to play bishounen dating sims, and everybody
seems to enjoy cleaning. There are absolutely no views of the genital area or
squishy sound effects, which is unfortunate, but the girls are attractive, the
sex is consensual, and it's damn funny to boot. Alas, it ends too soon.... Here's
hoping AIC will do more hentai shows as good as Spaceship Agga Ruter
and Masquerade. |
