While it started out great, Tenshi Ni Narumon fell apart about half way through the season. Though my love for some of the characters managed to carry me through to the end, by the time the final 2 episodes rolled around I really didn't care what happened. My main complaint was the fact that just about every single side plot in the story went uncompleted with many plot points simply vanishing into thin air. For light fun Tenshi Ni Narumon is good, but I would enjoyed it more if story had been more solid.

1. Tempy

Tenshi ni Narumon ("I'll Become an Angel") is so cutely drawn it's hard to resist. It's a charming story of a girl's wish to become an angel. Throw in her wacky family and similar enemies, pour a lot of sugar and honey on top of it, and you get a lovable series. You also get some tidbits of drama here and there, and a couple of interesting plot twists (especially regarding who the real "bad guy" is), to make it a bit varied. With such a cute-looking show it did surprise how it had an "evil" undertone to it. It's hard to describe, but suffice to say it's not all fun and games. There is a lot of repetitiveness however, since all the characters tend to behave irrationally and idiotic at times, which becomes quite annoying, especially Noelle with her constant "Yuusuke! Yuusuke! Yuusuke!". Still, this is a very cute-looking series, with even a little fanservice, and lots of charming characters (my favorites would be Miruru the cat girl and Muse).
