Like many hentai games before it, Welcome to Pia Carrot's
translation to anime suffers from a lack of a decent story. Nothing noteworthy
happens in this show. Yusuke works at a diner filled with cute and pretty girls,
who are magically attracted to him. He messes around with a few girls until he
finds out who he truly loves. Or something like that. There have been better love
stories before. Anyway, while the characters are pleasant enough, the production
values are rather average. Pia Carrot is a nice diversion, that's all.
